A first online consultation with Dr Olga Bezugla costs 6,000 UAH and includes one week of follow-up; a first consultation with a centre dietitian costs 4,500 UAH; one month of dietary follow-up costs 4,500 UAH. First consultation with Olga Bezugla
Olga Bezugla, MD, PhD — internal medicine doctor licensed in Ukraine, clinical dietitian, 18 years of practice.
- Format: online, from any country.
- Languages: Ukrainian, Russian, English, German.
- Duration: 1.5 hours.
- Diet assessment, review of lab results, a nutrition plan that fits your diagnoses and tastes.
- One week of follow-up after the consultation is included.
First consultation with a centre dietitian
Viktoriia Shulika — internal medicine doctor and dietitian (weight, eating disorders); Liudmyla Onishchuk — gastroenterologist, PhD.
- Format: online, from any country.
- Language: Ukrainian.
- Duration: 60 minutes.
- The administrator will help you choose the right doctor.
One month of dietary follow-up
Daily work with an assistant and a centre doctor on your nutrition plan. Works best straight after a consultation.
- Daily review of your food diary from photos of every meal and drink (except water): diet adjustments, food choices, balance check.
- Available every day from 9:00 to 21:00 via WhatsApp, Viber or Telegram; messages after 21:00 are answered the next day from 9:00. On Sundays the assistant sends one summary at the end of the day.
- Lasts one month from the day of payment; you can extend it if you wish.

Do I need blood tests before the consultation?
