LLC "Center for Clinical Dietetics of Doctor Bezugla" (ТОВ «Центр клінічної дієтології лікаря Безуглої»), EDRPOU code 45523818, licence of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine No. 2419/24/M of 13.08.2024, address: 4 Arkhitektora Artynova St., Vinnytsia, 21050, Ukraine ("the Center", "we") is the controller of the personal data you give us through the website https://bezugla.pro, messengers and our social media pages. We process it under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and, for visitors from the EU, also under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. What data we receive

Website request, phone call, e-mail, messengers: name, phone number, e-mail, the doctor or service you chose, and the text of your message.
Messages in Instagram Direct and Facebook Messenger (account @dr.bezugla_olga and Page "Dr. Olga Bezugla"): your name and username on that platform, the text of the conversation and any contact details you leave in it.
Website chat with the AI assistant Mia: the text of the conversation and a contact, if you leave one.
For a consultation: questionnaire, test results, health information, diagnoses and medication you send to the doctor. This is health data. We process it only to provide medical care, and only the Center's doctor and administrator, who are bound by medical confidentiality, have access to it.
Automatically on the website: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

2. Why we use it

to contact you, answer your questions and book a consultation;
to provide the consultation and follow-up support (nutrition programme, review of test results);
to send service messages: booking confirmation, reminders, the list of tests to take;
to send news, useful materials and offers of the Center by e-mail — only if you agreed; you can unsubscribe at any time via the "Unsubscribe" link at the end of any e-mail or by writing to us;
to improve the website and measure advertising performance (anonymised statistics).

3. AI assistant in the chat and in Direct

On the website, in Instagram Direct and in Facebook Messenger, common questions (price, list of tests, how to book) may be answered by the AI assistant Mia. She answers only from information published on our website and does not diagnose or give medical advice. Complaints, questions about an existing booking or payment, and anything she is unsure about are handed over to our administrator, and a person replies to you from then on. If you ask who is replying, Mia will say honestly that she is an AI assistant. To generate a reply, the text of the conversation is sent to OpenAI (see section 4). Please do not send test results or other medical details in the chat; you will give them to the doctor separately after booking.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with services that help us work, and only to the extent needed for the task:

Bitrix24 — managing requests and confirmation e-mails;
Meta Platforms (Instagram, Facebook) — conversations in Direct and Messenger;
OpenAI — generating the AI assistant's replies;
Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager) — visit statistics and advertising;
Railway (hosting) — the server that runs the AI assistant and stores requests left in the chat;
public authorities — only where the law expressly requires it.

Some of these services process data outside Ukraine (including in the EU and the USA) under their data protection agreements.

5. How long we keep data

conversations with the AI assistant and requests left in the chat — 6 months after the last message, then deleted automatically;
client contact details — while you use our services and no longer than 3 years after your last contact;
medical records — for the periods required by healthcare legislation;
cookies — for the periods stated in the Cookie Policy.

6. Your rights

You have the right to know what data of yours we process, to get a copy, to correct it, to ask for it to be deleted, to restrict processing and to withdraw consent to mailings. You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or, if you are in the EU, to the data protection authority of your country.

7. How to delete your data

Write to mail@bezugla.pro, or send "Delete my data" in Direct to @dr.bezugla_olga, with your Instagram username or phone number. We will delete your conversations with the AI assistant, requests and contact details within 30 days and confirm it to you. Medical records we are legally required to keep cannot be deleted, but we will stop using them for any other purpose.

8. Children

Consultations for children take place only with a parent or legal guardian. A child's data, including medical data, is given to us by the parent or legal guardian, who exercises the child's rights regarding that data. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children under 14; if that happens by accident, we delete it.

9. Security

Only the Center's staff who need it for their work have access to the data. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwords and access control in all services. If you notice a possible data breach, please tell us as soon as possible.
